overview
Kanha National Park’s spectacular Sal and Bamboo forests, rolling grasslands and meandering streams, stretch over 1945 sq. km. in the heart of central highlands. This is the original Kipling country so fondly written about in his Jungle Book. Apart from being one of the finest places to see the tigers in the wild due to its healthy tiger population, this forest reserve is also home to the rare hard ground Barasingha found in its large grasslands.
Your stay in Kanha will be organised at Kanha Jungle Camp. Capturing the philosophy of im-mersive experiences, the 16 private eco-deluxe cottages are tucked amidst forty acres of re-forested estate, adjoining the buffer zone of Kanha Tiger Reserve. Make your childhood wish of staying in treehouse come true. Our elevated and semi elevated cottages are inspired by the treehouse living and are perched at a height but giving you the spaciousness of a cottage. The lodge has been designed to be environmentally sensitive and ensures continued associa-tion with wilderness as you unwind from the rigours of the city-life.
